Perqu\u00e8 puguem continuar el proc\u00e9s \u00e9s molt important que confirmis el nom, els cognoms i el DNI de la persona titular en el teu operador actual. Pots trobar aquesta informaci\u00f3 en alguna de les factures que t\u2019hagi em\u00e8s el teu operador. Despr\u00e9s, truca\u2019ns al 1551 perqu\u00e8 puguem continuar el proc\u00e9s amb les dades correctes i la SIM que has rebut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>L\u2019ICC indicat no coincideix:<\/strong> L\u2019ICC \u00e9s un n\u00famero de 19 d\u00edgits que permet identificar la teva targeta SIM. \u00c9s possible que durant el registre d\u2019alta a O2 ens hagis facilitat un ICC que no coincideix amb el que figura en el teu operador actual. O pot ser que ens hagis indicat que la teva l\u00ednia actual \u00e9s de contracte, per\u00f2 figura en la modalitat de prepagament en el teu actual operador. Si us plau, confirma aquestes dades en la teva companyia actual i truca\u2019ns al 1551 perqu\u00e8 puguem continuar el proc\u00e9s de portabilitat a O2 amb les dades correctes sense fer un registre nou.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>El n\u00famero de m\u00f2bil no est\u00e0 actiu:<\/strong> Per poder fer la portabilitat de la teva l\u00ednia m\u00f2bil cal que aquesta es trobi en estat activa a la teva operadora d\u2019origen. Si us plau, comprova aquesta informaci\u00f3 amb el teu operador. Posteriorment, truca\u2019ns al 1551 perqu\u00e8 puguem continuar el proc\u00e9s de portabilitat de la teva l\u00ednia a O2 sense que calgui fer un registre nou.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Portabilitat fixa<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Les dades de titularitat no coincideixen:<\/strong> Com passa en el proc\u00e9s de portabilitat m\u00f2bil, el teu operador actual ha denegat l\u2019operaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 les dades que ens has indicat en el proc\u00e9s d\u2019alta no coincideixen amb les dades actuals de la l\u00ednia. Quan confirmis les dades, truca\u2019ns al 1551 per continuar el proc\u00e9s sense fer un registre nou.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Revenedor no informat:<\/strong> Aix\u00f2 passa quan la teva companyia actual (operador donant) fa servir la xarxa d\u2019un operador m\u00e9s gran (revenedor). Si en el proc\u00e9s de portabilitat no n\u2019hem informat, el teu operador ens rebutja la petici\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 les dades no coincideixen o la sol\u00b7licitud est\u00e0 incompleta. \u00c9s important que revisis aquesta informaci\u00f3 amb la teva companyia actual perqu\u00e8 puguem fer una sol\u00b7licitud nova informant del revenedor. Despr\u00e9s, truca\u2019ns al 1551 perqu\u00e8 puguem continuar el proc\u00e9s <strong>sense fer un registre nou.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>El n\u00famero de fix no est\u00e0 actiu:<\/strong> per poder fer la portabilitat del teu fix cal que aquesta numeraci\u00f3 es trobi activa a la teva operadora d\u2019origen. Si us plau, comprova aquesta informaci\u00f3 amb el teu operador.
